Our School

Bloomsburg Area High School, located at 1200 Railroad Street in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, serves students in grades 9 through 12 within the Bloomsburg Area School District. As of the 2023 – 2024 academic year, the school has an enrollment of approximately 389 students, with a student-teacher ratio of 14.02.

The school's mission is to prepare its students to become contributing, responsible citizens and lifelong learners capable of adapting and succeeding in a competitive world.

In terms of extracurricular activities, Bloomsburg Area High School offers a variety of clubs and sports programs. The school's athletic teams, known as the Panthers, compete in sports such as baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, track and field, and wrestling for boys; and basketball, cross country, field hockey, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, tennis, and track and field for girls.
